These terms and conditions define the terms and conditions under which Northpeak Labs Ltd, through its KleoScribe service, provides its Airbnb listing optimization service to its users.

KleoScribe offers an Airbnb listing optimization service using artificial intelligence. The service includes: • Optimization Mode: analysis and rewriting of existing listings • Creation Mode: generation of new listings from provided information and photos • Photo Analysis: automatic photo analysis to enrich descriptions The service generates optimized titles and descriptions to maximize the visibility and attractiveness of your listings.

Available Plans: • Discovery Plan: 1 credit (1 listing) • Agency Plan: 10 credits (10 listings) Payment: • Payment is made online by credit card via our secure provider Stripe • Prices are displayed in the user's detected currency • Payment is due at the time of order • Purchased credits are valid for life and do not expire

• Each listing generation (optimization or creation) uses 1 credit • Credits are non-refundable once used • Credits are linked to the user account and are non-transferable • Users can check their credit balance in their dashboard

KleoScribe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: • If you are not satisfied with your optimized listing, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase • The request must be sent by email to [email protected] • The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase • This guarantee only applies to first unused credits

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's consent. By using a credit to generate a listing, you acknowledge that the service execution has begun and waive your right of withdrawal for that credit. For unused credits, you benefit from the 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Listings generated by KleoScribe belong entirely to you • You can use, modify and publish them freely • KleoScribe retains the right to use anonymized data to improve its services • The KleoScribe brand, logo and interface are the exclusive property of KleoScribe

• KleoScribe is committed to providing quality service but does not guarantee specific results in terms of bookings • The user remains responsible for content published on Airbnb • KleoScribe cannot be held responsible for your listing performance • The user guarantees having rights to photos submitted to the service

KleoScribe reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any significant changes. Purchased credits remain subject to the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of England and Wales will have sole jurisdiction.
